The annual Award Gala recognizes New Jersey's top technology companies who have made an outstanding contribution to securing and promoting New Jersey as a go-to destination for technology-based innovation and entrepreneurism. Scott Ferrante, Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Financial Systems, presented the Excellence in Technology Education Award to Princeton University.

User forums hit the mark
Princeton Financial® successfully concluded the first half of their client user forums scheduled across Europe. The Luxembourg and Frankfurt forums made the start and both our guests and the PFS staff enjoyed the informative networking event.
Product teams presented the roadmaps for two major streams: Compliance & Order Management and Data Management & Reporting.
Following the streams were updates on important regulatory changes such as the Key Investor Information (KII) requirements. Additionally, clients benefited from live presentations, as well as useful tips on how to make the most of our solutions. Interactive sessions with both PFS staff and forum participants also shared examples of practical solutions to common market problems.

Monitoring of liquidity risks
Our LawCard® team developed a way to monitor the liquidity risk of mutual funds in MIG21®, based on a method proposed by the German Association for Investment and Asset Management (BVI). The resulting MIG21 rules check the liquidity requirements of the funds and indicate when the calculated liquidity ratio for a fund needs further analysis. This method helps to assure that a fund has enough liquidity at any time in order to redeem its units.
